This is a very nice dress with a little bit of swing in the fabric. It does feel soft and clings a bit to my body--something I wouldn't want to wear without appropriate undergarments due to my aversion to others being able to see everything underneath my dress. The cutouts are cute, and overall I'll love wearing this over the summer and fall.
